I had the wonderful opportunity to train with Coach Chase Lindley at Starting Strength Houston last evening. He’s an awesome coach. He gave some much, much needed feedback on my squat, press, and deadlift technique and helped me out with programming for the meet. We got started on the new programming this session.

Very excited to hit 3 plates on the squat for the first time, even if it was just for a single.
Plan for the next 5 weeks to is to work heavy singles in preparation for the meet.
