    starting strength coach development program
    I'm really enjoying this LP run, fatigue is starting to weight on me but I'll make a quick squat deload and everything should be fine.

    I'm not using knee sleeves this time around, just a 3" belt for pulls, a 4" belt for squats and presses, wrist wraps, and I started using straps for my deadlift workset. And lifting shoes of course.
