    To say this week was a mess is an understatement. At first I'd have to workout mon-thu-sat, but had to leave the gym after just squating the empty bar on Saturday for a full day of everything-going-wrong. Woke up today two pounds lighter, despite my best efforts. Turned out pretty decent considering the conditions.
