    So, I was naive enough to think that moving to a new place wouldn't disrupt my training. Turns ou it's been about six days that I either sleep poorly or not enough. No more paying rent though. 295 on bench and 176 on press felt lighter than I expected, specially since I friend of mine saw me from across the gym and could tell how tired I was just from my appearance...

    So, I got the kung flu and had to take a couple of days off of training. Nothing serious, just light fever and some coughing. Lost some weight a strength tough.
