also easy, but i have a slight dull ache in the left delt that ive had before and if i ignore it turns into tendonitis. cant wait to get back to rotating bench and press after the meet

-seems so easy compared to 5x5, i feel like im slacking.
-session was good but literally after my first set of the day i recieved notice that i was gonna have to fire an employee today. made the call right after i finished the workout, my heart was pounding out of my chest. i hate firing people even when i know its warranted and neccessary. probably bc ive been fired before and know how it feels.
