Yo! This is the beginning of my journey.

I am Bee and today, October 26 of year 2022, I shall be documenting my training.

So far, as of right now, I can't fully commit to a weightlifting program because of college. But I at least can work on shoulder mobility and snatch technique.

I'm 31 years old and my best Olympic-style squat (with a pause at the bottom) is 415 pounds. That's really all I got.
