My left knee was so swollen and painful on Thursday, my squat day, I had over an ounce of fluid drained off and an injection in the knee. Doctor says with knee wraps I can squat by Wednesday. I hope he meant this coming Wednesday as the damn knee still hurts and is hard to bend. I guess I will find out this Wednesday!

Knee still swollen and some pain. Hopefully by October I'll be ready for Nationals. It gets harder and harder each comeback. If it were easy every 70+ year old would be doing it!

Well crap! My doctor just called me and told me I have to lose the 20 something pounds I have gained or have diabetes! I wanted to lift in the 110kg class because it is much easier to break the records than my normal 100kg class. He scared me enough i will lose the weight and still win National Championship and set National records. Just have to eat better and train harder is all. I would rather be alive than dead! I already have too damn many health issues. I normally weigh about 198 to 203 pounds. Right now over 231 at 5'-10". No more ice cream bars, peanut M&M's, bread, extra potatoes, rice, and pasta. I guess it is back to that tasteless oatmeal shit for breakfast!
