Wow, reading your medical journey sure makes me feel lucky at 73. My lifts have been going down the dumps the past few year, but I'm still trying. I wish you luck with your training and competition.

Thank you and you have a great name! Keep on trying and never give up. It is not about the numbers but just keep moving and trying. I have seen too many friends and relatives who gave up and didn't live very long afterwards.

    A couple of videos.
One with 7 reps at 300 and the other is a single with 370. I was having a terrible time trying to breathe as it was very humid that day

That was impressive. Such a crushing weight without even using safeties.

Rubber floor and bumper plates. Just dump it if you have to.

I am signed up for a meet May 20th but it is only a local meet. Today I found out about a USAPL Masters World Cup about 15 miles from me in Arlington, TX so I signed up for it. It is also May 20th but I can go ahead and set the National squat record at the Masters World Cup. The current record for 70-74 -100k Raw is 396 Pounds. I aim to do 192.5 k or 424.39 pounds! At the National meet in September I am hoping for a 200k squat! Now I need to stay healthy and injury free.

The 410 was about 3 inches high as my knee decided to say enough! It's called training.
