Competitive master lifter. 42 years old. Single mother of 2 amazing kids. Have competed at 148 lbs (2021), 165 lbs (2022 - 2024), and now moving up to 181 lbs (2025 - ).
Current PRs, but these are about to fall as I start to set new singles in the gym:
Squat - 320
Bench - 165
Deadlift - 365
I also love/hate pressing. My current press PR is 115 but I'm not really building it right now.
Next meet is USPA Drug Tested Nationals in Vegas in July 2025.

Showed your training log to my wife, it fired her up to get back on training, slowly at first, since our daughter is less than two months old, but I hope we become one of those happy lifting families.

I started f****** around with barbells between my two pregnancies. Wish I had started sooner. My kids are eight and ten now.
Tell your wife I said congratulations, be kind to herself, and focus on strength when she comes back to the gym postpartum.
