If you fail the login process 5 times in a short period of time, the system will lock you out for 15 minutes. This is a built-in security measure to prevent your account from getting hacked (see Two-Factor Authentication for a higher level of protection). If you've forgotten your password, you may want to click the password reset before it gets to that point.

If you don't pair the correct username/password you get this:

If you need to reset these, choose the reset link (red arrow above or just go ahead and click here). This will bring up the reset screen.

Important Notes:
  • If you hammered on the login screen and locked yourself out, you must wait for the lockout period to expire before you can reset.
  • If you are locked out, and try to reset anyway, you will get a message that your answers to the questions are incorrect. You must wait.
  • If you don't get the reset email, make sure to go through your spam folder to find it. Also, consider the possibility that you are entering a different email than the one you signed up with. If you have some sort of crazy username and/or no one knows you in real life, we won't be able to reset it on the backend. Try some of your other email addresses.
