Hey Mark, thanks for all the work you've done.

I was on SS for a while but got an ankle injury. I switched to 5/3/1 until the injury went away. Now that I'm able to squat again what numbers should I start at for all my lifts? Should I take the 1rm from my 5/3/1 run and use a % based off of that or do the "first day" SS plan?

I am not Mark and he only replys in his Q&A forum, but he would tell you to do the "first day" plan.
