Five years ago today, I survived a heart rebuild. Opened it like a butterfly shrimp, carved a 16cc tumor out, and reassembled in a six hour operation.

But remember, Texas Method never got anybody strong or something. SDG

Your lifts are great, how is the diet working? You'll have to change you "name".

    A video would be nice!

2018 has been a “lost year” for natural disaster, illness, caring for mum in-law, moving (sort of - we’re split between houses), job changes, and a world of other reasons and excuses. Weight’s up and I’m back on LP trying to get back to a body weight sqyuat. My logs have plenty of historical (and occasionally hysterical) videos.

    2018 Deadlift Milestones:

    Deadlift : 575 X 3

    Deadlift 500 X 3

    Deadlift: 405 X 10 (got on video)

    Overhead Press 192

All at a bodyweight of just over 200 and at 46 years old.

Now on to the all illusive 300 bench press and 205 overhead press in 2019.
