Just power cleaned 74 kg (162.8 lbs) and pressed 106 lbs.

I had to hit the 106 press to shut up my husband because he didn't think my 105 lb press was all that, and that was the reason I started the Thread of Awesome to begin with.

Just had the national head coach of the Norwegian powerlifting team, Dietmar Wolf, coach me on the squat ! . He is also a member of the IPF Coach Commission.

He had travel by plane to my town and club to coach one of our members who is a part of the national team and had an upcoming world championship. Anyway I got to talking with him, and he offered to give me pointers on my squat as I mentioned I had some questions.

Was just for about 10 minutes where he watched me squat the bar and give me some VERY usefull pointers. The unfortunate thing is that I had in fact just completed my regular worksets and was done training, so had no energy left in me to squat any heavy weights.

I'd say that was both awesome and lucky.

This is awesome and answers the questions...

    1) How to approach training?

    2) Whats the best conditioning method?

    3) Post training nutrition?

    4) Most overall flagrant awesomeness?
