    Typically 5lbs for squats and deadlifts, 2.5 for bench and press.

    starting strength coach development program
    When you guys do a three day HLM, are you doing the 5x5 with One weight for all 25 reps or are you ramping the weight up to one top set as in the Bill Starr approach to training a gym full of guys at once?
