    Volume

    Squat 5x5 @90% of 5rm
    Bench 5x5 @90% of 5rm
    SLDL 3x5
    Tricep Ext. 3x8
    Chinups 3x8
    Lateral raises 2x8

    Recovery

    Squat 2x5 @ 80% of Mon
    Press 3x5 @ 90% of 5rm
    Chinup 3x8
    Facepull 3x8

    Intensity

    Squat 5rm
    Bench 5rm
    Deadlift 5rm
    Armwork
    Chinups 3x8

Is this layout fine? I'm geared towards PL. I know monday has a lot of acc.

Is there anyway I can program in some BB rows? I was planning to switch one of the chinup days with barbell rows.

At first I planned on doing 5x5 rows on VD, but then I thought SLDL had a better carryover to deadlifts.

The first 3 exercises each day are standard TM. The remaining is fluff you might want to reduce or drop as things get tough. Yeah do BB rows on weds.

Lots of pieces of information missing here. Age? Weight? Are those sets of 5 #'s or singles?

Were you unable to keep incrementing on ICF5x5?

How about running the SSLP and seeing if you can keep adding weight to the bar?

The secret to the SSLP is that it's stupid simple but you involve every muscle group. Your bench is pretty high for a 1RM at your weight. Honestly, I'd tell you to run the SSLP at 275/185/315 (figure out your press and PC levels) and sustain that until every lift has stalled. Then move to TM, or some other intermediate. imo, you're doing too much shit to recover adequately. I don't know what a guy at 5'3" should weigh, but I'm guessing 155-165 would be more appropriate.

eta: ICF is too much unneeded crap
I.e Monday I do lets say 315 3x5(just an example).

On Wednesday, I would feel like chit and can't complete 315 3x5.

Its not only once or twice.. Its been occuring since a few weeks.I can't recover from workout to workout.

Other than that, is my OP okay? If its too much accessory, what should I change and switching 3x8 rows with chinups is acceptable?
