Question for Captain Obvious: In PPST chapter 9, the Starr 5x5 program is laid out in a four-week cycle, with the first three weeks being at the same top weight, just different numbers of reps. Week four has the weight go up five pounds. I'm assuming that week four is actually week one of the next cycle, correct? I mean, you don't repeat the week four routine twice, once as week four and once as week one.
