On week 9, I'm finishing the lifts with good form, and I am always recovered for the next session, but is it "normal" for a 50 year old guy to be totally wiped a few hours after lifting and through the next day? I had to go from a M/W/F schedule to Sat/Mon/Wed schedule just so I wasn't yawning through work on Tuesday after my heavy Monday. I actually feel pretty good, and I am making progress in terms of being able to follow the progression, but am just dog tired. Could it be because this is my first attempt at a program with a cycle that is longer than 4 weeks?

Love the program, by the way, and I can't wait to test my new 1RMs in a few weeks.

It's not uncommon after a heavy/hard workout. If it becomes an issue drop some volume off the heavy day. And drink more coffee. POCAD.
