    Hey Andy,

    As always, thanks for all you do. I typically run a 4 day TM split. I'm a week out from my meet. I've been tapering down volume and increasing intensity over the past 4 weeks. While squat and dead's are where they should be I missed a single (275) on my bench today. I did hit my intensity volume which this week is a 2 rep set (255). I've made around this weight for singles over the past 3 weeks (276,277,278). My question is do you think I should do more volume for bench this week to try and drive SRA or just let it be as it's too close to the meet?

    Tough call. If the meet is Saturday and you Bench on Monday you could try the volume workout and still probably be ok. If you are getting some extra recovery (mon - sat) instead of mon-thurs then that'll probably help.
