    Dear Brent, thanks for taking over from Andy and supporting us!

    I run a 3 week cycle of rotating 3 sets of 5s, 3s and 1s 4-Day upper/lower Heavy/Light split.
    First Meet is coming and last full Cycle almost done.
    Last day of Cycle is monday where I plan to do one deadlift single and a back off set of 5.
    Week before the meet I will do my 3 sets of 5s on Heavy bench and squat on Wed and Thur.
    On the weekend i would do a mock meet with openers as singles.
    The actual meet week would be only a 3x3 on squat and bench together on wednesday and the meet on saturday. Other days are off except maybe some light cardio.

    Approved?
    Any suggestions?

    Definitely. This is almost my exact strategy.

    After mock meet the weekend before I will usually take a light day on Mon and a moderate 3x3 @ 80%-85% on wed then nothing till Sat.

    Yeah - will try like that. On Monday before meet I'll do my light Upper Body day b/c those Upper Body Lifts seem to like frequency.
