So I've seen some recommendations when people have stalled certain lifts to switch to new sets x reps schemes rather than hopping straight onto Texas Method or HLM.

Assuming all form, rest, recovery is on point then what is most recommended for each lift? Here's examples of things I've seen recommended whether rightly or wrongly.

    Squat
Add light squat day (as in SS book)

    DL
Switch to 2 sets of 3

    Press
Switch to 5 sets of 3

    Bench
Switch to 1 set of 5 and 2 back off sets of 5 (90-95%)

Also I'm assuming all of these take place after switching to microloading by 2.5lb, but if you have the capability of microloading by 1lb at a time would you first do that or would you alter the sets and reps first?

I dropped to a 1 day on, 2 day off cycle (per Practical Programming), which has has a pretty dramatic effect on continuing to make progress on my LP.
