    Default Programming the Prowler for a first time user.

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I have a guy I am working with who is close to 60 and is wanting to starting pushing the Prowler twice a week. Any advice on how to find a weight to start with and how to steadily progress from there. He will be walking it.

    Pretty much just common sense. Depending on the surface start with a plate or two and add from there. Do maybe 5 sets of 20 yards or so.
