Depends on how bad the form was. I would probably just have you repeat the DL load next workout. Start alternating barbell rows. Progress the rest as per usual.
I'm 45 yr old male, 5'6" 155 lbs.
Squat 215 3x5
Press 95 3x5
Bench 135 3x5
DL 275 1x5.
I'm 4 weeks into my LP.
Today on my last set of squats my form went bad and I couldn't lock out my last DL rep.
I've read SS and studied videos but I know my form isn't fully correct.
I'm meeting with a SS coach in two weeks, but would like some advise.
Do I continue to attempt LP with my squat and DL or should I do a weight that I can maintain a fairly proper form with until I meet with the coach? I still have more to go on my press and bench.
Should I email the coach for his opinion?

One bad day just means you had a bad day. Don't make any changes unless you have a series of bad days.
