Just posting my program to get opinions to see if I'm on the right track. First some background history.

Age: 57 (returned to powerlifting 2 years ago after a loooooong layoff)
    Height: 5'7"
Weight: 230 and dropping to 220
    Best recent lifts:
    Squat: 434.5 (meet - 02/03/2018)
    Bench Press: 242.5 (meet - 02/03/2018)
    Deadlift: 453 (seminar - 11/19/2018) - Injured right hamstring on 02/03/2018.
    Press: 175 x 3 - (training - 02/21/2018)
    Bentover row: 275 x 3

Current program (sets x reps) - rebuilding sq. and DL due to ham injury

    Sunday
    Bench Press - 3 x 5 - currently at 185 (adding 5 lbs per session)
    Press - 3 x 5 - currently at 140 (adding 2.5 per session)
    Tricep extension - 3 x 8-12
    Face pull - 3 x 10-15

    Monday
    Squat - 3 x 5 - currently at 275 (adding 10 lbs per session)
    Deadlift - 1-2 x 5 - currently at 295 (adding 15 lbs per session)
    Assisted pullups - 3 x 8-12
    Leg curl - rehab at 3 x 8

    Wednesday
    Bench Press - 3 x 5 - currently at 185 (adding 5 lbs per session)
    Press (LT) - 3 x 5 - currently at 125 (adding 2.5 per session)
    Tricep extension - 3 x 8-12
    Face pull - 3 x 10-15

    Friday
    Squat - 3 x 5 - currently at 275 (adding 10 lbs per session)
    Deadlift - 1-2 x 5 - currently at 295 (adding 15 lbs per session)
    Assisted pullups - 3 x 8-12
    Close grip Bench - 3 x 5 @ 75% of Wednesday's weight

    Notes:

    1. Squat and deadlift are still catching up and are moving fast.
    2. Deadlifts are without belt
    3. Bench press is still moving quickly
    4. Press is beginning to grind
    5. I require 2 days to recover after heavy squats and 3 days to recover after heavy deadlifts so I plan to eventually DL heavy on Monday and Squat heavy on Friday with underload squats on Monday and underload pulling on Friday
    6. I eventually plan to return to conjugate training but I plan to milk this style of training as long as possible.

Any comments would be most appreciated.

I think its not that important how a plan looks like you will be doing for two to three weeks - and yours looks good.

In my opinion: Just come back when youre at your previous strength to assess a plan then. And in the meantime: Get (very) strong again and keep healthy!
