I have been working on her for the last 2-3 months. Tonight she has agreed to 2 days a week of strength training. Figure I would start her on a 2 day split upper/lower with 5lb increases until I can get her to commit to a third day where I will switch her over to a true NLP.

Stoked she finally agreed! Hope she enjoys this as much as I do.

Recently, so has mine. Hmmm. Mixed blessings ;o)

She is just running SQ/BP/BBR and SQ/PR/DL at the moment (last few months).
She is only 50kg so it is basically microloading from word go.

I don't think she'll ever get to 3 days a week but I've noticed that she is much more confident in the gym, feel good when she trains and now goes and gets her stuff done without me to supervise, so that's cool.
I came home the other night and there she was banging out some squats in the shed.
Good luck to your wife, she'll soon feel the benefits and hopefully that will feed her motivation.

My wife has been training for the last few years. I think it helps keep her sane Definitely keeps her looking fit and youthful.
