Phasing-in Cleans
I'm about 2 weeks into the program and come up short on my deadlifts this morning - I didn't make the last two reps of my third set of 5 reps.
My deadlift weight was 220 this morning (up from 155 starting DL weight).
Should I look at switching to "phase 2" - adding in cleans and cutting the frequency of deadlifts? I feel like I haven't been on the program long enough to do that, but I was really pushing myself when I failed to complete my reps this morning.

Sure. Go ahead and switch to PCs alternating with DL. Even if you did "switch too early" given a long enough timeline it really won't matter whether you start them now or in a couple weeks.
