Before I can start power cleaning, what should I deadlift?

Is 100kg enough or should I get it up to 120?
    And front squat? 60kg?

To do a proper power clean the bar and weights will weigh 40kg. Less weight means to small weights to get it up a reasonable distance from the floor.

Get your deadlift up well ahead of your squat. This should only take 2-3 weeks as you should be making 10 - 15 lb jumps on the deadlift at the start of the program if you are a male.

You can buy 10 lb bumper plates at start cleaning at 65 lbs (about 30 kg).

Don't worry about the front squat. The power clean isn't a squat clean.

If you can do a proper back squat why would you want to do a front squat until after the novice program is over. Front squats are definitely not indicated.

I admittedly didn't even pay attention to the front squat portion of this question.

OP, if you're not an Olympic weightlifter, don't worry about front squats. Their purpose is to get you out of the hole after completing a heavy clean. The Power Clean does not put you "in the hole" - at least not with the light weights you start out with.
