Where to after GGW?
I am now getting into the thick of GGW and will be wrapping it up in a few more weeks time. At first the lifts felt abit to easy and I thought i'd underestimated my estimated 1rm's to start the program, but, its served me well being conservative as its getting tough now. Overall its been a good program but I cant help feel I might have been better suited going to the 4-day split after LP as my 1rm's are still relatively low and have plenty room for improvement in strength and its took me 9weeks on GGW for it to start feeling tough and maybe could of eek'd out PR's weekly. I'm just wondering where people usually turn to after this program.
