How did you fail to follow it? Hard to know if you should modify what you're doing if we don't know what you're doing or anything about you. But yeah, just do the program. It's effective even if you've been training for a few months already.
Hi Mark, I thought I'd started the NLP back in February but I failed to follow the program. I've got my squat and deadlift to 255 but again I failed to follow the program. Would you suggest starting over to correctly follow the program or modify what I'm doing to try to get on track?
