Hi everyone, I've been doing heavy light programming with some modifications here and there for a year so far and progress is going great. So I have mid term exams next week and I'm going to have a hard time going to the gym and studying at the same time. Usually I just skip the week if I have to but that cuts my progress a little bit.

Is there a way I can just implement a deload week during this time as a mid cycle deload? Maybe just do a quick 3x3 with 90% of my previous 5x5 weights the week before?

Also, if i do a deload week now do I have to deload at the end of the cycle (around 12th week) if I don't feel beat up?
