Thread: Powercleans and speed deadlift on 4 day TM?

    On the Deadlift Intensity Day ......warm up your deadlifts with power cleans. So start at 135 and warm up with triples as high as you can and then cut down to singles and work up to a top single at 205 or whatever you can do and the slap on 225 and start your DL warm ups and work up to a top set. This will let you keep PCing and also add some volume to this day. On the volume pulling Day you can start doing some speed pulls or even just start doing some lighter deadlifts for 2-3 sets of 5. Start at like 315 or so. That will greatly increase your pulling volume and should get you unstuck

    I am going to try this after I try the every 2 weeks deadlifts

    I think because when I was trying the 3 day texas method split for 5 months straight
    Everything was getting stronger except for my squat
    Maybe that developed some imbalances
    Now its catching up with the 4 day split

    Yes. Imbalances are your obvious problem.
