    Hi Andy, big fan I was just wondering which of your programs for sale are most suitable for someone rolling upto 4 times a week?

    Sure. Especially if you are short on time and energy going one lift per day is always an option. In most cases we aren’t actually doing JUST one lift per day but we may have just one focus lift for the day and then light variations of other lifts and/or some quick assistance stuff.
