Lets say 8 weeks 5x5 on VD 1x5 on ID followed by 8 weeks of 3x10 on VD and 1x20 or 1x10 or 1x5 on ID. Do you think periodization hypertrophy and strength phases in this way would allow you to milk the standard 3 day TM longer before needing to fiddle with intensity day's rep scheme?
