Starting Point after coming off of CF sanity check
Looking at phase 1 and knowing I need to pull back a good 20% on my current 5 rep max, would you kindly folks take a gander and let me know if the starting training points look reasonable vs my prior exercising?
SS Starting point:
Bench: 110
Shoulder Press: 60
Back Squat: 160
Deadlift: 190
Clean: 100 is easy, 135 is hard, 145 is really hard. I suppose I'll start with 100
