So, I had a sprained wrist from work early on in my lp and I waited a while to start doing power cleans. I'm at a point where it's time to drop my deadlift frequency but I'm nowhere near ready to drop my power clean frequency. Should I just continue to do power cleans every other workout and do deadlifts every fourth workout? Monday- power clean wednesday-chins Friday- power cleans- monday deadlift???
