Advice on how to proceed with programming
I finished my LP a while back and have jumped around trying to find the right program. I felt pretty beat up as I finished my LP and went to a program where the squat was trained once a week twice at the most. With that said I went from a 265 lbs squat to a piss poor form of 210lbs squat. I’ve been reading practical programming and I think I want to do the TM for powerlifting as SS is the only program that has truly helped me.
My question is since my numbers have dropped should I run a short LP to drive my numbers back up?
