For the Basic Texas Method Program, what are the rest intervals for Squat, Press/Bench Press, Power Snatch/Power Clean on the Recovery day?

The same as they are for any other day: long enough so you complete the requisite work sets.

They are as long as you need but most likely in the 3-5 min range on the recovery day.

Do the Olympic lifts need shorter rest periods then the other strength exercises on the recovery day?

The Olympic lifts are not performed on the basic Texas method recovery day.

On page 120 of "Practical Programming For Strength Training" 3rd edition you have on Wednesday-Recovery Day Power Snatch 90-95% of the last workout of novice LP and thereafter of Monday's volume weight x2x3-4 for week1 and for the same day of week2 Power Clean 90-95%x3x3 of Monday's volume weight.

The power clean and power snatch are not the Olympic lifts. These power versions require less rest between sets than the strength lifts.

1/.For the volume day of Texas Method it is recommended to rest 8-10 min between sets for the strength exercises. On the same days the Power Clean 5x3 & Power Snatch 6-8x2 obviously require less rest. How much do you recommend?
2/. When running out the Texas Method or cycling intensity, the rest periods stay the same for the intensity day, 8-10 min?
3/. Rest intervals for assistance exercises? For example Chins 3x10 (A Sample Template for Dynamic Effort Method 4, PP for ST, page 134), or LTE 3x10-12, GHR/Chins 3x10, Dips 3x15, BB Row 3x10 (4 Day Texas Method: Version 2, Example Training Program, PP for ST, page 152).
4/. For the "4 Day Texas Method: Version 2", Example Training Program, PP for ST, page 152, what rest intervals are recommended for the Press 3x8 (Volume Press, week1) and Bench 3x8 (Volume Bench, week 2)?
