pull ups in 4 day split
Dear Mark,
I'm 54 and currently working within a 4 day split routine (heavy light), which I enjoy doing and I also see steady progress. Since my main sports specific goals thoigh are to improve on the pull up bar and on the rings (I'd like to get a strict ring muscle up done), I would appreciate your suggestions how to best include pull up specific work into the 4 day heavy-ligt split.
