It looks like kind of a shotgun approach to me. You've got RPE's, a little 5/3/1, a little tempo squat, and probably something else. Also, you mentioned making up for intensity with frequency - a 9 RPE is pretty intense. I'm not trying to be difficult, I just don't understand what you're doing here. But I don't understand a lot of things so that's not unusual.

Like most train wrecks there is nothing we can do to help here people. All we can do is drive by and say "Wow, that's a mess" and move on with our lives. It's all painted out clear as day in the blue and gray books and there is plenty of info on this site stating what should be done for optimal progress. Can't help everyone.
