Greetings from Seattle. I have just finished my 5th week on the novice program and am extremely happy with my results. It is looking like there is good possibility I may not be able to make it to the gym for the next few weeks and I am searching for suggestions on at-home programming.

Ideally there would be a way for me to continue to gain strength during this period; however, the only equiptment I have is a chin bar, so I'm guessing that is unlikely.

I am thinking about doing the following excercises and wondering about frequency, sets and reps:

    Split leg bulgarian squat
    Push ups
    Handstand Push Ups
    Chin Ups
    Dips between chairs
    Situps

Any other good excercises to throw mix?

I have a feeling that working on muscular endurance, and taking whatever strength maintenance that comes along with it, may be the best I can do. What are your thoughts?

You can't do barbell training without barbells. Everything else is sub-optimal. Do your best.

The best thing you can do is just eat a ton of steaks, eggs and milk. Rest up and gain weight.
