Programming for those of us with a bar and some plates
Hey rip,
What would be the most productive way to organize training for us still able to press, power clean, and deadlift? As an early novice, I'm planning on doing the following:
Day A:
Clean and Press 3x5 (3 sets of 5)
Deadlift 1x5
Day B:
Clean and Press 3x5
Power Clean 4x3

Doesn't matter. You can't squat. Do what you can.
