My workout today.....
I have a heavy-duty rope that I've had for several years.
5 x ~50 yards pushing my minivan, maybe ~1 min recovery.
5 x ~50 yards pulling my minivan, w/ rope, maybe ~4 min recovery.
You notice VERY LITTLE and subtle inclines in a parking lot when you do this. Like a 1-inch incline over 5 feet has a dramatic effect on output, especially pulling.
I have done this 2-3 times since this shit started:
Day 1 - push ups, pull ups, body weight squats (to at least attempt to practice SS form), and "kettle bell" walks with a 5gallon filled paint bucket
Day 2 - walk only for ~50 minutes
Day 3 - Push/Pull above + Walk 45 minutes
Day 4 - Repeat Day 2
Day 5 - Push Ups/Pulls up/etc above
The next week, I alternate the push/pull and pushups, etc. Kind of like Day a/b in the LP.
The push/pull today....I feel right now, after I've completed it, like Ive been run over by a mack truck.....

It sounds like you are making do with what you have available. Good job man!
