    Hi,

i have a question about Andy's Bodybuilding split from:

    Bodybuilding Routine Recommendation Needed

Today people say that for natural bodybuilders it is more efficient or better to stimulate the muscle more than once a week (maybe 2 times/week). The mentioned split only trains each muscle part once a week. I assume that there is a reason for that even the plan is years old ;-), right?

    Regards

    (Sorry for my bad english)

That program is about building muscle it isnt about building strength. The point is to create enough stress the given session to force muscle hypertrophy while also maintaining or slowly increasing strength along with hypertrophy training. The amrap high rep squat sets he has you doing on that are enough stress for the week to force yourself to grow muscle.

Why not email Andy through his site and ask him about it?

Because free stuff taste better. What if he asks money for his knowledge and experience ?

Then you can try elsewhere, and you haven’t lost a thing. My experience has been that Andy is pretty generous with his time and thoughts, and he has specifically asked here that he be emailed with questions not strictly related to his SS stuff.

I can confirm this. I have emailed Andy the occasional question and he has always responded. The programs he sells via his website are gold. Well worth the money.
