Training history, current lifts, age, bodyweight, height?
Hello everyone,
I wanna start out the TM on a 4 day routine as mentioned on PPST p179 High volume/Low intensity - Low volume/high intensity.
In the description he says the lifter should '' ''run out'' progress'', what exactly does he mean by that?
Does it mean to add weight weekly untill I get stuck? (After which I switch to 3's and2's) etc?
And how should I add weight to the 5X5's?
Weekly incrementals as well? It just says to keep it high and maybe use weight resets to do it.
English is not my first language so I want to make sure my reading comprehension is right.

B.W 86kg (about 190 pounds), Height 1.78m (5"10), age 28 Male.
I got into SS quite recently so up till now I did a NLP style program but with BB rows and no Power cleans (starting to incorporate them now),my stats are as follows (sets X reps)
Squat 137.5kg (303 pounds) 5X5
Bench 95kg (210 pounds) 5X5
DL 145kg, 150kg on a good day (about 330pounds) 1X5
Press 65kg (143 pounds) 5X5
Weighted chins 25kg (55 pounds) 4X8
BB rows 85kg (187 pounds) 4X8
I tried some high rep ineffective shit but been stuck at these numbers for about 2 weeks (apart for my weak Deadlift which I feel I can squeeze some more) ,after which I got more into SS.
I don't think you're finished with your NLP, because you are not doing the program, and that's kinda critical here. Read the Novice chapter in PPST3 again.
