Upper body every 48 hours?
Is it possible to do a bench/press workout every 48 hours instead of every 48-72? I feel like the extra rest day at the end of the week is mainly for letting the lower body recover, is the upper body able to handle more? Thanks!

I've done it within 24 hours, with the bench press recovering faster than the press.
