I ordered fractional plates recently and they should be coming in sometime later this week. Currently on The Press I've been doing 5 lb jumps even when I can't keep up with the weight and staying at the same weight until I hit 3x5.
For example, I might do 90x5x3, then next workout 95x4,4,4,3, then 95x5x3, then jump to 100 lbs etc.

My question is should I deload when my microplates arrive and I switch to 2.5 lb jumps? My worry is that currently I'm working at my absolute max and when I switch to 2.5 lb jumps I'll stall out quickly similar to how someone might stall if they choose their NLP starting weight too high.
