Sex/bodyweight/height/age?
About to start 14th week of SS, no missed reps so far. Began by increasing my squat by 2 lbs each session, then switched to 1 lb per session and a light day on Wed.
Q1: Am I wasting my time using such small increments? I really want to avoid getting stuck, and I am not in any rush.
Q2: I also do 3x5 weighted Pull-ups every other session (1 lb increase). Is this a good rep scheme for that exercise?

Male, 170 lb, 5'7'', 47 y/o.
Currently at 308 lb 3x5 squat, which is 2 lb more than my old 1x5 PB from before this run of SS.
Pull-ups are currently at 61 lb 3x5.
