I've looked through the threads and can't find something similar to this question...
I'm 45 and trying to increase my bench to 300. I can rep 220 3x5. Ive only been lifting for about 3 years, 2 of which have been with starting strength. I achieved my goals of repping 300 for squat and deadlift. I'm 5'10", 175 lbs. Advice?
