    Try 141.5. These small increases work pretty well on these at the end of LP. 0.5 kg jumps are not uncommon at all and can get you over the hump. Are you doing your chin ups as well? Have you completely stopped bench pressing?

    Pressing three times per week, in my experience, wrecks the shoulders more than it drives progress. There are ways to do it at the intermediate level but careful undulations are required. You aren't quite there yet and I think that LPing three times per week is going to just wear out your shoulders.

    Thanks very much, got it.
    Lack of equipment at the moment in lockdown so just deadlifting and pressing from the floor. Rogue should have more stock next week ( I’m in Aust ), hopefully get a rack and bench.
