    You raised another point. As much as I torture my novices and intermediates with chin-ups, I haven't touched one in over a year. Again, in The Grey Book. As you become advanced your training becomes more specific as well.

    Interesting. If I may clarify, you lift 2X/week as follows:

    A: Squat 3x5 alternating heavy/light each week; bench
    B: Deadlift 1x5 alternating DDL/rackpulls each week; press

    Have I got that about right?
