    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Added another 2.5kg on my shoulder press tonight. I did it with a lot of effort and a rest between sets. I’m definitely thinking there’s a mental barrier there that I need to break through. Small increments are the plan going forward.

    I like to bench because I get to lay down.

    2.5 kg is not a small increment.

    It's the smallest I can do with the plates in the gym. 1.25kg are the smallest plates they have. I'm looking for smaller plates to buy and take with me in my gym bag.

    String with washers until you buy the plates. You're setting yourself up for failure.
